ChaRM Reporting with Preceding Document

Has anyone tried to create a report in ChaRM, either via t-code CRM_DNO_MONITOR or /TMWFLOW/REPORTING, to include the preceding document (i.e. change request) for each correction?

SAP does not do this out of the box. Information is available in /TMWFLOW/REPORTING by clicking on the check mark in the "Chain Link" column, but a custom report is required for including the preceding document.

Hi Lori,

You need to go for zdevelopment

ask your developer to copy the std crm_dno_service_monitor report to z***** and then as per requirement modify it.

We did so that for each corresponding SDCR doc we can see all SDMJ document on one screen.

Above is not met by standard report i.e. Crm_dno_monitor.

you can try with

tsocm_stat_prop table

currently i dont have system but you can switch on ur st05 trace to get all the details.
