Setup Deadline for SC in SRM 7.0

Hi ,

I have a requirement to setup Deadline for SC in SRM 7.0. The requirement is to send the notification with sc workitem link when the approver miss the decision for more than 74 Hrs.. the requirement is to send the notification with sc workitem link every 74Hrs until the approver take the decision...

I know setup Deadline for SC in SRM 7.0 is available in SPRO, but not sure which event control will meet the requirement.. so any help or documents will help me out to start this requirement..
