DL Approvers not able to see the Request.

Hi team,

Thanks for your continuous support

I was testing DL functionality.

I have assigned a DL to some of the Roles.

I have also done the LDAP Mapping as :

Distribution List memebr = member

aditional field

DLmemberkey = distinguishedName

My workflow shows the request pending with the DL Approvers who have been created in UME and assigned AE Approver Role.

But when they login they are unable to see the request.

Can you please help?

Hi Charukesh,

What is the Support Pack level of your AC system. There is an issue with the code in earlier version and it is been fixed in SP10. Please refer to Note # 1168508 for issues resolved in respective Support Pack.

Also make sure the "Object Class" in field mapping is set to "*".

Yes we are on 9.2.

I have communicated the upgrade task to our Basis Team...I hope the new patch level is stabled.
