regarding file management in nwds

Dear Gurus,

How is file managed in NWDS.

Suppose i create a webdynpro application ( local development ), if i want some other user use that dev ..is there neway to export/import in NWDS.

If i create a development object i.e transportable ..how does it get stored in NWDI..

Hi Navin,

Once you created DC then you need to add into the DTR if you have NWDI landscape.

Hi,

they are just some kind of eclipse project in your local drive (usually the workspace of your eclipse), you can just zip them and share to your team members. Import it as a normal eclipse project.

If nwdi is involved, you will create DC(project) in the Software Component under u201CDevelopment configurationu201D perspective with your NWDS.

nwdi will automatically track your change, after you check in, everything should be in NWDI.
