error during installation

Hi people,

Iu00B4m installing a gateway instance and the step install instance basics, I get this error:

In the sapmmc the instance is right, what can i do??

Hi,

Please try to execute the command

F:\usr\sap\OPT\SYS\exe\nuc\NTAMD64\sapstartsrv.exe

as the installation user and check if it works. It may be a permissions issue for that user.
