Canceled Billing Document Report

Dear all ,

I need a report to find out list of caceled biling document (SD ) with person who is canceld (user id ) , date of cancelation and time .

Hi,

I checked in VF05N the I can able to get only list of invoice based on Billing type (S1) wise with created by person, in my scenario I need to get including the proforma invoice ( STO ) cancelation data & time also ...

This t-code related to basis so they will not provide this to all user , i need a report to run by end user level .

Hi,

You will get all the cancelled documents in the table CDHDR with the Date and Cancelled User id

Goto the Tabel CDHDR and enter the OBJECT CLASS as FAKTBELEG and enter the Transaction code VF11 ,

The CHANGED USER ID is updated in the field USERNAME

The Date is updated in the field UDATE

Time in UTIME
