Hello,
I want to use incident worcenter to report support messages. The reporter has been assigned standard authorization and is not able to create queries, since the link is not displayed. How can I do to display the query link for the reporter ?

Hi Ben,
please don't ask me how this is working in detail and what sense there could be.
I do have the same issue and tried some currious things.
If you assign the work center user the following authorization object it will show the query link in the navigation bar.
Object: CRM_TXT_ID
ACTVT: 02
TEXTID. SU15
TEXTOBJECT: CRM_ORDERH
You can create an own role for that and assign it to your user.
After assigning you should see the query link.
But be careful, because than you are able to process tickets also.
Why this happens and the reason for that I can not give an answer right now.
If you get a better solution let me know please.
