I wanted to create ARE1 for SEZ where the ship to party is a domestic customer, (it is not an export sales). As per the excise requirment we have to give ARE1 for SEZ supply. I understand that ARE1 can be generated only when the customer is outside the orginating country (in my case where the customer should be outside India).
Is it not possible to create ARE1 for domestic customer?, where is the control that only for export customers ARE1 can be created.
