Solman system configuration to monitor a ECC system

I know theer is something called system monitoring in solman system.

Can you help me wtith the guide of solman 7.0 to do such configuration.

i have referred all these links.

but not what i wanted.

i am looking for a guide for system monitoring purpose.

to configure a ECC/NW to solman and monitor its performance.

Can any one help me in this.
