Hi Team,
I am suddenly facing this problem for change account request type...at manager stage when i do Risk Analysis it gives the following message.
Risk analysis failed: Exception in getting the results from the web service : Service call exception; nested exception is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
( is it due to large amount of risk assosited with the change request?)
I check all the similar threads but not able to resolve.Can you please suggest.

Please refer to SAP Note # 1142017 and update your system parameters as mentioned in the Note.
Once parameters are updated then restart J2EE.

The proble is not arising due to change request. The real issue is amount of Risk violations/SoDs. When you create a new user, you are not assigning same number of roles as in the change request and that is why you don't face this issue.
Do a simulation on the user ID which is part of the original change request in RAR and note down the amount of risk violations? Also, you can increase the time out parameter as well if you have to go through this request.
