New textfield "ZSU1" does not write in log

Hi,

i copied the standard text scheme "SLFN0001" to "ZLXX0001". In the copied one I created a new textfield "ZSU1" and set "P" for logging. But it does not write the text into the log. All other texts do write into the log.

Does anyone ever had such a problem?

Hi,

the log of a service desk message shows all texts for the underlying ABA message, which are copied from the CRM message.

You have to create your text ID in the ABA message using transaction DNO_CUST01.

There you have to add in your case the text ID U1 for SLF1.

With this the text you add in ZSU1 should be copyied automatically to the underlying ABA message and you should see it in your CRM message.

The authorizations are ok. I do have SAP_ALL and * within the object.

It have to be an other reason

Hi Alex,

check Authorisation Object CRM_TXT_ID if you dont have SAP_ALL this might be the problem.
