We are having a problem with sales orders that have pallet lines added to them (material #5621/#5622). They are added by the CSR's but when the delivery is put on them, the line is not there. An example is order# 667277. Line 20 was added with material # 5621 (chargeable pallets). When the delivery (80707744) was put on, the line disappeared and was put back on by the shipping department as material #5622(free pallets), because they were unaware that they were chargeable pallets. We need to know why the pallet lines are dropping of orders.

Check the line item is relevent for delivery or not.
Check schedule lines allowed for that item category or not.
