FF ID Error

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP GRC version 5.3. In Fire Fighter i have successfully deleted entry in Owners, Controllers but i am trying to

to delete user entry in FF table in Fire fighter which is implemented on CUA system. While deleting saying Invalid Fire Fighter ID Owner.

I have checked the entry of user which is not exisiting. I have tried created again. But still it is saying Invalid Fire Fighter ID Owner

Could you please help.

Hi Venkata,

The order of deleting SPM (FF) table entries is:

FireFighter Table

Controller Table

Owner Table

You might be getting this error when you try to delete an entry from FF tabel whose owner might have been deleted by you earlier.

Make sure that there is a FF Owner exists(or create a FF owner ID) in owner table for FF ID that you are trying to delete.

Once FF owner is created, you should be able to delete FF table entry.
