Diff bet 2 message monitorings

Hi Can anyone help me with this.

1.<b>Message Monitoring</b> found on

http://host:port/rwb/index.jsp

and the

2.<b>Message Monitoring</b> found on

http://host:port/mdt/index.jsp

For the former, location of the message could be selected for ex: Int. Server, Int. Engine, Adapter Engine...etc. In the second one we dont have any option to select it.

The first one RWB is the central monitoring for all the messages, adapters etc.

But the second one the message display tool only displays the message flow from the source to the receiver. If you do have a configuration error(for example) in adapter you will get only from the adapter monitoring but not from the message display tool. I hope you are clear with the basis difference between these two.

Hey naveen , it was curious to know : well in the first one as you said we have options but in the second one u dont , which indeed refers to messages w.r.t. Adapter engine.

You can check by selecting message monitoring w.r.t. adapter engine in the first option and compare it.

i understood by comparing the same. I feel "mdt" refers to Adapter engine / Framework .

I think for second one(Message Display Tool) is for Message Archiving I think..
