migration of operating system from Solaris to IBM - AIX ITSR

Hi Experts,

We are planning for migration of operating system from Solaris to IBM - AIX ITSR .

Did any one do this.

want to know the impact, what scenarios will get impacted. Need list of scenarios to be tested(Eg:file to File,Proxy to JDBC Etc...)

I will only help with this part: you need to test all of your scenarios after you do a migration

so you should have the list I hope - you cannot skip any!

Hi,

Check the file scenario`s as the path will change unless you have a default path created.

Its good to test all scenario`s but for SOAP/JDBC, since you interact with the application, should not be much of an issue apart from permissions etc.

File you interact with OS so check file path.
