Blocking GR Until 03 Inspection completed

Hello ,

Inspection lot 03 is creating while creating the production order.But we can confirm the production order without completing the inspection . How to block the GR without completing the Inspection lot ?

Hi,

You can do setting Confirmation paramter OPK4 where you can make setting error if inspection result not taken for in process inspection.

By which you can easily restrict user at confirmation itself if inprocess result not taken.

If you want to restrict MB31 then I think you have go for User Exit.

For a better control over the 03 inspection these setting have to be defined in PP configuration for production order Type in Tcode OPK4 in config

SPRO > Production> Shop floor control> confirmation> define confirmation parameters

Maintain

1)Operation sequence u2013 error when order sequence is not adhered to

2) Overdeilvery u2013 Error when over delivery tolerance is exceeded

3) Results Rec. (QM)- Error message if no Insp results exist

Along with this you will have to use User exits to make production operation confirmation mandatory using MBCF0002
