Lotus Notes configuration in SCOT

Hello Experts,

I am configuring lotus notes in smtp node in scot txn. In routing test , i am getting all green lights. When sending a test mail, i am not able to send the mail. I am getting following error.

Message cannot be transferred to node SMTP due to connection error (final)

Please tell me what would be a possible error. Any RFC is needed to solve this error?? Please help..

Check that the IP Address of the SAP Server is populated on the Relay Agent of your SMTP Server (Lotus)

Hello,

SMTP node is open in lotus with port number 25. Also parameter icm/server_port_2 is set correctly to PROT=SMTP,PORT=25.

Is there any RFC needed for this to execute properly. Please help.

That sounds to me like the IP Address of the SAP Server is not been populated on the Relay Agent

Hi,

PLease check that the SMTP port of the Lotus Notes server is open and also the parameter icm/server_port_<xx> is set. Check if the ip or hostname of the server is properly configure in SCOT. Also check that sending user has a email configured in SU01.
