hi gurus
we are working on solman 7.0, we have configured the service desk in the solman and everything is worlking fine.
To elaborate our configuration:
a. we have created the org. model comprising of all modules.
b. created contracts , and each contract is linked tru IB52 to the org. unit created in 1>
c. the service products are the line item in the contract.
d.the service type profile comprises of the response time and available time.
as of now, the message shows the available time as Start date & start date + 3 days as available time.
how to ensure that while the message is raised in R3, the solman work center (expert mode) should display the available time for the particular module.
Also in the report CRM_DNO_MONITOR picks up a certain module (i.e. CO) always instead of the respective module from the Contract.
All help is greatly appreciated.
