Delete AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER(RFC connection between the Java engine and the ABAP engine) and create it again.

sapserv2a: route permission denied

You need to maintain your saprouttab and allow sapserv2a in port 3299

Read the documentation http://service.sap.com/saprouter

As you said sapserv2a is not on saprouttab. If I was you i'll check which on is the right one to use (you can do that by reading the docs at SAP Marketplace on the URL above) and then either change the config on the saprouttab or change the info in OSS1 -> Parameter -> technical settings or in SM59 in your systems

NAme : sapserv2

IP Address : 194.39.131.34

Now i am getting following error during connection test,

Where are you testing the connection from?... go to SM59 -> R/3 Connections -> SAPOSS (This is the RFC created by OSS1) and test..

Make sure that Msg. Server string looks like,

/H/<your_router_IP>/S/3299/H/194.39.131.34/S/3299/H/OSS001

I am testing from SM59 only.

Server string is also same which you have mentioned. Only thing is insted of 3299, in our string sapdp99 which has

relevent entry in services file at c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc.

we have also tried to change as per your suggestion but probelm remain same.

Ok .

It means port are not open.

1. Did you register your public ip addtress and hostname with SAP for SAP router communication.

2. check with your network team whether they had open the port from your network to SAP.

Thanks

Hi ,

Ok moving forward.

1. make the changes in saprouttab as below

#SNC-connection to SAP
KT "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 194.39.131.34 *
# SNC-connection from SAP to local R/3-System for Support
KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 192.168.0.17 3200
KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 192.168.0.17 3201
#Permission entries to check if the connection is allowed at all
P 192.168.0.17 194.39.131.34 3299
D * * *

2. Restart SAP router .

3. Goto SM59 and delete RFC SAPOSS

4. Goto OSS1 and click on technical settings and then click on change and then click on SAVE and now click on logon button ( it will create new RFC again and let us know what output you get when you click on logon button.

If you get dialog box saying to login to SAP AG server it mean you have connected succesfuly to SAP router

Thanks

We have made correction. After correction when we pressed button Logon, it gives following message.

Unable to connect to SAPNet message server (Default connection will be used...)

Hi,

1. Stop saprouter .

2. Rename dev_route file to dev_route_old

3. start saprouter again and check dev_route is there any error

if there is no error then move forward.

click on test rfc connetion , let the error get generated.

Once error is generated , immediate check saprouter log file i.e dev_route.

Paste the content of dev_route , paste the error part only.

Thanks

Anil
