Hi

SRM itself role based application

TSTC table - you get all transaction code list.

Normally enduser Requestor/Buyer /bidders uses web interface only .they will not loginto GUI server.

only admin and functionla /techical guys require GUI access in SRM.

visit SUIM transaction and consult with basis.

you can check it out administrator transaction code in the SRM tutorials

Hi Muthu,

Thanks for your quick Reply.

As secuirty team told us to provide an overall list of transactions which we use during support activity in SRM.

Is it possible to provide all t-codes or what we need to talk to them. can you guide us and provde little bit clarity on this part as of now we are using sap_all authorizations.

Thanks!!

go to SUIM transaction

i/p--employe role

o/p - what are the transactions allowed to do,.

now you can take up call what are the tcodes are necessary for the employee functionality.

so you may need to identify what are the business people roles and required transaction required for them upon every business objects.

Hi Sunny,

in general I wouldn't provide SAP_ALL for the administrators. I would try to cover the needs by the standard roles like SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR etc. .

If you provide authority to the transaction SU53, the user will be check themself which authority check failed last time and they can report what additional authority they need.

Hi Sunny,

If you also would like to use the application transactions as well, please see the the following roles:

/SAPSRM/BIDDER

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_DEBUGGER

SAP_BW_DEVELOPER

SAP_CFX_USER

SAP_SLD_DEVELOPER

SAP_SRM60_BIDDER

SAP_SRM70_BIDDER

/SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE

/SAPSRM/OP_PURCHASER

/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER

SAP_EC_BBP_PURCHASER

/SAPSRM/MANAGER

SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASE_MANAGER

SAP_BC_BMT_WFM_UWL_END_USER

SAP_BC_UWL_END_USER

SAP_QAP_DEBUG_AUTH

SAP_SRM70_MANAGER

/SAPSRM/ACCOUNTANT

SAP_SRM70_ACCOUNTANT

in case something is missing, use the SU53 for finding the object/activity.
