Delivery Not Geeting Printed.

Hi All,

I am facing a problem where Delivery No. 'XXX' is not Printing, I am able to print it in Development but in Production Server it is not getting printed, Please sugest, Do i Need to debug the Script and Print Program in Production Server or Is there any other method I can apply, Please Suggest.

Hi ,

Debug the driver program and check whether the data is populating in the form or not

Hi,

1.Please check the configuration done for dev and copy the same to prod.

2.You can just check NAST Entries, whether the print program is trigerring the Smartforms or not.

If the NAST exntry exist then surely, there is a problem with the configuration problem while printing.

If the NAST enmtry does not exist then, goto NACE and check whether the required Smartform is configured correctly or not..
