Modify SAP Script orginal Language

hello experts!

Good day!

i have a query regarding sap script.

i'm currently modifying Form: HR_PH_BIR2316_08 in Language: EN.

but when i try to test print my report for 2316, it display the layout of the

origibal language of the Form...

i try to change the form in DE language but i got this message.

Form HR_PH_BIR2316_08 lang. DE locked: Original lang. EN being processed

please help me on this one...

and also when i click the display button this message appears

Form HR_PH_BIR2316_08 language DE is not available in client 100.

please help...

First of all, wrong forum - you should be here:

Not quite sure about the first message that you got. Have you tried to activate them to see if that helps?

As far as your second problem is concerned: If a form is not available in the client where you log on, SAP will search for the form in client 000. So if you want to make any changes and the form is not available in your client, you should copy it to your client (menu entry <i>Utilities -> Copy from client</i> on entry screen in transaction SE71).

Note though that you shouldn't change a standard SAPscript. Instead copy it to your own namespace and then make your changes (including customizing change to point to your new SAPscript).
