SAP SD precutover and cutover strategy

Hi Guys,

Can any one help me out, Like we are going for Implementation of a project, As I am an SAP SD consultant how exactly i need to gather requirement and what are the templets and tools required in it . moreover till which phase of implementation my work would be. and what is cut-over strategy, and pre cut-over strategy.

Hi Sam,

If you are assign to project as a SAP SD consultant then client will provide you the documents, In which they write there requirement in a laymen language, like how the process going on in there industry.

You have to read those douments and prepare your own document in that way that how you will prepare the system which meet their requirement. we call it blueprint stage.

If you have any doubt on any point then client also arrange that facility, you will ask the question to the related feild person.

After getting the answer, you prepare the document and complete it. after that you start configuring the system that stage we called realization.
