Couldn't start SAP Instance!

Hi, all experts,

When I open the SAPMMC to start the SAP Instance , the icon is yellow ,

the DB Oracle services are all started and successful.

The dev_disp log as below:

Hi,

ORA-12541: TNS:no listener

Please Ensure that Oracle Listener Service is in running state. If its not running then start it.. and then try to restart the Instance.

If still you are not able to start the SAP instance then, please post the contents trans.log file by executing R3trans -d under <SID>adm User.

Yes, I'm sure the Listener Service is in running state, and I could start the instance , the icon colour is green , but it change to yellow about 1 minuter later, why is that ?

The "R3trans -d " log as below:

Hi,

Please post the complete log "trans.log".

There may be a problem with listener.ora and tnsname.ora configuration files or environment variable settings.

Please refer the following SAP Notes and compare your existing configuration and environments. The following SAP Notes are talking about possible causes of such problem.
