Dear Colleagues,
1) I want to hide the following fields on Header screen of support message. Is there any option for the same
Support Message -> Fast Entry Tab
Fields:
Ext.Reference No.
Reference Date
Subject
2) For what purpose follwing informations are mentioned on the screen:
Start customer requirement TU 02.03.2010 00:00 INDIA Current Date
End customer requirement FR 05.03.2010 00:00 INDIA Start + 3 Days

to hide fields by customizing:
Create transaction variant for CRMD_ORDER in transaction SHD0 and set your fields to invisible (Check dynpro 7110 for subject and 7153 for the rest).
Assign your transaction variant to your process type in table CRMC_TV_PROCTYPE.

Yes These fields can be definately hided with the help of developer . Pls. change the entries in the table crms_orderadm_h.
The Date profile has an importance as this can be used for SLA determination for the supportdesk.
1. Service profile and response profiles can be defined t code crmd_serv_sla , whcih in turn are attached to the service product.
2. This Service product is assinged to the service contract on the item level
3. Service contract is determined in the service ticket. Now the person who is working on the ticket will know what is the ideal time in which this ticket should be finished by this and how much time he has taken to finish the ticket . This is a very important feature of servicedesk.
