Hello Aslam, Was this transport request imported successfully in your quality system ? if yes the try re-import in prod and the program or objects which are not getting activiated will be activated this time .
That means the object you are transporting could not be activated into system, You can check the transport log that will tell you the exact error message ob that tranport.
