Changes in meter detail if meter is not installed

Can anybody tell, is there any way to change MaintPlant, Reg Factor of meter which is not installed.

Hi,

in the TA EG42 you can change only register group for the device which is not installed yet.

If a device is installed you can change (EG42) the register factor (ZWFAKT),
