Hi,

Can you be specific what you want to know about SOAMANAGER?

SOAMANAGER is used to configure serevices and endpoint (also proxies and logical port). It used to specify authentication behavior of service and other runtime parameter of endpoint.

I believe sap help is still best place to learn about soamanager. If you want to know something specific then let me know?
