Config tool

In our sap system we didn't have any additional applicaiton servers/Instances. When I open Config tool, under cluster-data I have below 3 nodes.

1. Global dispatcher configuration.

2. Global server configuration.

3. Instance_ID129249.

Please correct me if I am wrong about the above 3 nodes.

1. Global dispatcher Configuration: Is this for central Instance's configuration ?

2. Global server Configuration: Is this for Message server ?

3. Instance_ID129249: Is this the Central Instance Id ? we didn't have any additional instances installed apart from central Instance.

Hey Kumar,

This is common infrastructure, can you build a instance without message server, dispatcher?

so in general there will be minimum 1. Dispatcher and 1. Message Server for N number of instances (i.e Java Server nodes)

I hope you understand.
