TDP & database connection

Dear all,

colud u help me to check the connectiviry between TDP & Database connection (how to check the connection between TDP and Databse ) .

AIX , ORACEl, ECC6.0 , TDP.

Technical details :

TSM is windows 2003 server

Database details :

Tivoli Storage Manager

Version 5, Release 5, Modification 0.0 for AIX LF 64-bit -

DB is Oracle OS AIX SAP ECC6.0.

kindly check the below log from TSM server Application log :

TSM Client Error: Server: TSMSERVER Source: PRODORADBSAN Node: PRODORADBSAN Session Id: 2 ANR3602E Unable to communicate with database server.

are all related to the same basic problem.

Since this issue (backint) is not a SAP problem I suggest you contact your IBM support or an IBM forum to troubleshoot TSM.

Are you using TSM's SAP agent or Oracle agent?

if SAP agent, check initsid.utl file. talk your to your TSM admin.
