When the billing demand "Credit Memo Request" containing items whose prices (NETWR) is negative,
budgetary impact on the flow upstream (DDE. credit memo) is sometimes wrong
Exemple:
In a Credit Memo Request. we have a item with negative price (18,00-)
In our case, instead of coming impact of the amount signed positively impacting it comes
with an amount of the same sign, creating an impact too much on accounting budgetary
commitment (minus and minus equals plus: 18- and 18- equals 18 ).
So,we have a problem !!!???
Thanks for your remarks and answers
Hi,
a credit memo request with negative values does not make any sence. The credit memo created thereafter with negative value is nothing more than a debit memo. So instead of creating a credit memo with negative values you should create debit memo request.
