Sample calculation and process for GR after production

Hi

I have activated inspection type "04 GR after production", the system created inspection lot with quantity 4,000 Kg. I have entered a sample procedure with "without inspection point" with sample type Fixed sample and sample size 2.

But system calculates sample size 4000 on inspection lot, please tell me what is missing?

Please also suggest whether should I use Inspection Point processing and Sample drawing procedure in inspection plan for "04 GR after production inspections" rather than sampling procedure with "without inspection points"?

Hi chris,

I think it is picking 100% sampling proc. which is activated.

just chec your MM data for insp. type 04 if 100$ sampl. proc activated or not.

Hi,

Either you have mention in sampling procdure 100% inspection or another reason may be in inspection plan when we insert MIC we have to give their sample size ( So please check sample size that you have given their you may have given 4000 ,because of that system is calculatinf sample size 4000)

also there is probability that u are using different MIC's with different sampl. proc.
