Scheduled jobs are in released state only

Dear Experts,

we shedule jobs in background periodically. But for a particular time, all scheduled jobs are in released state only. Please suggest what might be the issue. Even some SAP std jobs have have not started.

Hi,

Please refer [this useful thread|] to get more clues. Also check SM21 log, ST22 dumps and the status of Background Work processes .

Hi Raghavendra,

Have you checked enough BTC work process available in your SAP system.

Use SM65 transaction,goto =>Additional Tests ;check mark "Determine work process status" and "Determine no of jobs in queue"

and see the test results for any problems.

additionally, ensure you are not restricting execute any background using Operation Modes

And whats the problem?.... release state is the correct one, they won't be executed until the start condition has been met

Juan If the start condition has not been met then the jobs would have been cancelled..It is not possible that for so many start condition has not met..May be in OS level you have hold the jobs..
