SAP System in Unix cluster

I want to know , Unix Cluster , I am handeling two Systems which are AIX & HP UX both are in cluster, what type of chages in SAP system will cause problems in cluster, & What care should be taken ?

Hi Sachin ,

Any cluster system either its on UNIX or in Windows is more relied on hardware rather than SAP application.Mostly the OS team do the package installation .

If your packages from OS side are running fine & services like ERS , ASCS ,SCS also running fine then there is no issues with your cluster side.

Hope this will help you out to understand the concept of cluster.
