Calibration user status

How can I set user status for equipments after calibration. Like some times, it may have to be repaired etc. Can anyone guide me doing this at time of inspection lot clearance stage itself.

I am not familiar with setting user status. please throw some light on this.

During usage decision, you can have various follow up actions which can set status.

but I dont think there is standard function module to set a user status, U may have to create a function module using the help of the technical team and add them in the follow-up action customisation.
