Hi Experts,

There is on going PS implementation for one of my client,but they are already implemented FM module last 3 years back. Now there is problem with PS ,that actual comitment item are not updated in CJI3 report ,if we created PR in CJ20N & also please tell me is there any integration settings required between FI & PS.

CJI3 is for actual cost...I dont think it will list commitment cost also...however, you can use CJI5 for project commitment cost. Try running CJI5

Eventhough we are not getting Commitment item line items in CJI5.

1. Check commitment management is activated for your controlling area or not.

2. Check cost elements are created for the G/L account (which is mentioned in PR) or not.

3. If PR is created by MRP run then you wont see commitment cost, but you will see after creating PO.

Dear Ahmed,

Is it required to create cost elements as statistical category of All Balance sheet accounts like stores & spares account & some material GL's ?

You need to create cost element for inventory accounts.

Can you clear the same ? Where can i maintian the budgets ? Eihter WBS or Commitment items ?

What can i do ,if i do not want to maintian budget in FM for PS activites ?
