Assignment of user in Org structure-HR/ALE distribution is activated

Hi,

In my system HR/ALE distribution is on and now i am not able to assign my user with organisation strucure,Hence user assignment to an org structure will be carried out thru ECC-HR. Can you guide me the whole process when assignment is carried out thru ECC-HR till assignment to the org structure.

were you able to replicate the User to SRM from ECC using HR/ALE>?

Can you please tell me what are the basic Config steps required from SRM side to establish a SYNC between HR system and SRM system to activate HR distribution list.

Hello SUnny,

You mean to say that HR is active in R/3 PPOCE?

and in SRM the same Org: structure is replicated. right?

In R/3:

Got to Transaction PPST,give the following in fields mentioned below.

Plan version:01

Object type:US

Object ID:(This you can do a F4 and search by name:,the system will take the Object ID once you select the name or User)

Reporting Period:

Keep option All

Structure Parameters

Evaluation Path:ORGASS

Status vector:01

Execute with the inputs.

This will bring up all the 6-elements in Structure like..US,P,O etc.

if this structure is having 6 things you user is good and can be repliccated to SRM.

If not contact you HR person and ask them to maintain the HR Master data in PA30 Correctly.
