SXMB_MONI --> Archived Xml Messages: Could not find message in archive

Hi

In my ECC system with SAP_BASIS 700 (level 0014) I'm not able to watch archived xml messages.

In transaction SXMB_MONI, Archived XML Messages (Archiving Objcts BC:XMB) I find the archiving file , but if I try to open an archived message I retrive the error "Could not find message in archive".

The infostrcture SAP_BC_XMB1 has been activated with SARI transaction.

I have the same problem on XI system SAP_BASIS 710 (level 0008)

Please help me.

All though these below items are basic essentials...just want list for you

ensure, the connectivity/communication between your SAP system and your Archive Environmet working fine.

And also, ensure you are using correct message ID or filter criteria correctly to retrive the arhived messages. If in case if you are trying to access the data/message/record that is not archived then it's not possible.
