Problem in MIGO

Hi

I am facing problem while doing MIGO.

Case: (STO) PO No: 7000010480, OBD is done: 80061563 , with respect to OBD ,

MIGO is done 5000171627, with respect to MIGO Document reversal is

also done 5000171714. Stock is now in stock in transit. After MIGO

reversal, document flow of OBD 80061563 is not updated.

When I am going to do MIGO with respect to OBD 80061563, it is not

allowing. System is giving error: Goods receipt not possible for

delivery 80061563: error code 4.

There are two solution:

1) POst the GR using MIGO with reference to STO directly:

Ans : here cant post MIGO with ref to STO, because have some issue

regarding CIN.

or

2) If want to the GR against outbound delivery, its neccessary

to fix the VBFA directly on the database.Suggest to delete the GR

document 5000171627 from the VBFA table

after that, i will be able to GR again.

Ans: But I dont know how to delete the VBFA table entry.

Can any one help me to how to delete the GR document entry from VBFA Table?

Or please suggest me the note because in future such type of problem may

be happen again.

we have update index ,in the VBFA table and the VBFA table will get updated
