all threads and webservices of Daemon analysis manager are stopped

Dear Experts

Recently we have installed SAP GRC AC 5.3.

During the post configuration we found the below issues.

All the threads in the Daemon manager are getting stopped after starting the system.

I could see they are idle status for only 2 to 5 minutes......

also there is another strange one is there are 1445 webservice threads are there in the deamon manager..

But I heard there are 9 to 13 only.

Total configuration got stopeed because of this.

We would really appreciate your help in this regard.

Hi ..

Please check the notes::

1) 999785 - Background Daemon will not Start

2) 1176262 - Analysis Daemon Page is Blank/ BG Jobs stay in ready status.

Hi Krishna,

Make sure the virsa_cc_config table is properly populated.

Apply Note # 999785 to update the table.

Yes, we have applied that not 999785

After applying that note only we could see that job threads are there at Daemon manager.
