Hi,
We will be retireing our current SAP infrastructure, and are going to use our parent companies SAP system.
My question is what happen to the MS SQL server CAL's that we own as part of our SAP user licenses once we no longer use our current SAP system?
Can we uses these MS SQL server CAL's elsewhere? I.E. to provide MS SQL server CAL's for sharepont usage?

I would say you have to ask Microsoft (at the SAP competence center) about that. Depending on what contract you have your licenses may be bound to the SAP licenses (or not).
