Print ICon disabled in VA03 print preview

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem in print preview of VA03,, i am getting the print preview properly but the print icon in that screen is gr eyed out,i.e disabled,

Earlier it was not the case.

And in the pop up screen where i can choose between print preview and print,,there the print icon is enable and if i choose that i am getting print

the print prog is RVADR01,,ie standard prog itself,,

and i have sap all authorizations also,,

so i am unable to make out what is the problem

Please help me out.

Hi

Have you done any changes to the driver program if that is the case

check while calling smart form in export para meters

EXPORTING

CONTROL_PARAMETERS = W_CTRLOP

OUTPUT_OPTIONS = W_COMPOP

for control_parameters if you are passing

W_CTRLOP-GETOTF = 'X'. // this will suppress the printing options

W_CTRLOP-NO_DIALOG = 'X'. // entire dialog screen will be suppress

check whether your passing control_parameters properly.

I am also trying to enable the "Archive" button on print preview of VA03, did you ever find a solution for this?

In smart form preview, I have seen in form cc_excludes of program SAPLSTXBW that this button is grayed out in these 2 cases, according to what does the driver program::

1) it has deactivated the button, you should see that in the print popup the button is also grayed out (it seems it's not your case)

2) the device is TELEFAX or MAIL

Now each program has the possibility to display the print popup, then change the settings to not allow the print button in the preview.

As it seems it's a standard process, you should ask sap support
