Oldest of Open items Overdue.

Hi.

in OVA8 customer has maintained

"Oldest Open items ticked" Reaction "C" Status Blocked Ticked Days oldest items 180.

but i am checking for that particular payer, there is no 180 days old item in FBL5N.

still system shows error "Oldest of Open items Overdue" & unable to create delivery

why is it so?there is no credit limit exceeded.

Can you check

Check the program RFDKLI40 and see any oldest open items are there for the customer

Check the program RFDKLI20 to recreation of the credit data afterr organisational change

Oldest open items are there for month 11.2009

but in credit & risk mgt, i have given 180 days so considering today's date its not crossing 180 days.

Also check if the oldest open item number of days has been changed recently.

you can check in change logs of credit managment (ova8) settings.

There is no credit change log & No inconsistency exist in Credit management.

Check in the F.32 t.code and specify the customer no.It will show the entire financial transactions data of the customer.

If you are sure that there is no oldest open item, then there could be a chance that the incosistancy in credit updation.

You can simulate by executing program RVKRED88 -here you will come to know if any inconsistancy.

If you see any consistancy, you need to update it by executing RVKRED77.
