not all physical samples are valuated, force inspection completion?

Hi

I have entered results against inspection characteristics but on UD the system gives message "not all physical samples are valuated, do you want force inspection completion?

What is missing or how can I avoid this message?

Did you record result for all the physcial sample created and did valuation

use QE23 to do result recording and finally take UD for the inspection lot.

Thanks for your reply. I use QE23, select inspection lot, operation and sample number on initial screen, then move to characteristics overview screen using Enter Key, here I valuate and save, on saving the system asks for valuation of inspection point.

Is there any other way to valuate sample, especially using QE51n?

In QE23, Select the inspection lot and check for the physical sample,

Once you enter both, you will get the screen similiar to QE51 to record result,

You will see a button for physical sample which u need to select and do the valuation.

in the UD you should have a tab labelled inspection points. It should list all created inspection points. (physical samples if using physical samples). Check each one. One of them is probably not valuated.
