USERS_GEN: all object links are missing!

Hi Experts.

I run the report HRALXSYNC to perform consistency check for all users

and realised that all object links are broken.

Below are some examples of the error message shown:

- User XXX is not integrated in the organizational model

- The connection between BP and CP is missing or inconsistent

I did a check on the few database tables such as HRP1001, BUT050 and

the linkage is still there. Even PPOMA_BBP looks ok.

What could be the reason of such issue? Any way to re-link all the object links?

are you sure it has integrated with org structure.

I had once this problem.

but i could solve this by repair it.

in the right hand sisde

u may see -address inconsistency

-->

in the above u may see start repair

2 double arrow mark. click it. . but it can be reolved. no worries.

i had this problem for some users i have corrected.

initially i thought some address issue of assigned dept.

try to re-assign the user to different department ..and do it.

but i did not rember how i did it.

let me check and tell you..

Hello Shan,

select a inconsistent user which shows red/inconsistency in bbp_bp_om_integrate

and select the same user in PPOMA_BBP and drill down all the levels if all the attributes are maintained.

I am very sure a single attribute has been deleted in the Orgplan.

dont go by the check green at the end in Orgplan.
