message in business workflow it shows blank preview

Hi Expert,

i am facing a problem as when i am getting new message in business workflow, it shows blank preview, although if i open that messge then also it show blank message.

If i open the same message from other pc it do open.

I am using SAP Gui patch level 7.10 on windows XP.

Pls. help
