Service tax should add to the net value instead of gross value in SO

Hi Guys,

Sub: Service tax should add to the net value instead of gross value in Sales Order

In Sales order line item level (in conditions tab) Service tax should add to the net value of the item but not on gross value.

Could you please let me know how to maintain this.....

Hi,

The value of the service tax condition is added to gross value, because the 'condition Class' of the service tax condition is TAX(A) in V/06.

If you want it to be included in Net value you have to maintain condition class as discount or surcharges (D).
