CJIC settlement in company code currency

Hi

All our European companies have USD as controlling are currency and euro as company code currency. We capitalize assets using CJIC. We recently got a new requirement from one of the European company saying they should be able to settle or capitalize to multiple assets either using amount or per centage. But when the amount is entered it always takes dollars (controlling area currency) instead of euro. Even the per centage is on dollars (controlling area currency).

Is there a way to change the currency (i.e. to company code currency) in CJIC.

Hi Joseph,

We cannot change the companycode currency in CJIC...

As your Controlling area currency in USD...obviously all your reports in projects with show with units of USD only.....

This is not possible with standard SAP...however we can do it by development.

In my current project also I faced the same issue. Yes there was no standard solution for this. I replied with the OSS Note. 769818. This note clearly saying it was not possible settlement in company code currency especially amount settlement.
