After Schedule a job for R3AS (SMOF_DOWNLOAD) the MM is not transfer to SRM

Hi Gurus

We have scheduled the job for the t-code R3AS and program SMOF_DOWNLOAD with the variant (Object name : Material, Source Site (Sender): CRM_DEFAULT_DESTINATION, Destination Site (Receiver):SRM) in which triggers once in every 3 hours for our testing.

After scheduling the job, we have set the filter condition in the t-code R3AC1 as Greater than (> low), maintained low value as MM# 1000060210 and then we have created the Material Master# 1000060213 /214 in R/3.

The Job "M MASTER REPLICATION R/3 TO EBP" has been successfully completed at 03:30:30 with out any issues . But when we selected the line and then the spool, we were getting the message as "No list available".

Also we verified the T-code R3AM1, we are getting the "Running" message (when we refreshed the block value is increasing), we are not getting the "Done" message and the material master # 1000060213/ 214 is NOT replicated from R/3 to EBP and when we checked in T-code SMW01, ther is no error message on this.

FYI, when we cancel the job and schedule the Initial load by using t-code R3AS and we are getting the "Done" message immediately ann the MM# 1000060213/214 successfully replicated to SRM.

Could you please check and suggest, why the Job scheduled for program SMOF_DOWNLOAD, is not working.

We have maintained " 0" infront of materials and job is succesfully executed and replicated from R/3 to EBP without any issues.

your job should SMOF_DOWNLOAD can bring new material master if you set up correctly.

as a smart method smof_download is the best way.

doble check your filter condition. it should work as you expected. because we dont involve in manual pulling...

check your variant once again. in vari table,

can you check r3ac1 - filter settings- source seetingsa--> source site nmae --> backendlogical system and filter sync..

run smof_download - run your variant for material (double check your variant pointing to correct logical system).

R3AS is for initial load of data from backend. Try delta load R3AC4 with MATERIAL as object class and check.
