My ID is changed

Hello,

I am experiencing a very strange things regards to my SDN login, Yesterday I got a new account S0007438686 which is linked to my id manoj.shakya1(at)mycompany.com, I was using in past a different login which is also linked with same id. My all previous settings , previous poin all message etc.. is not showing in to new id which I am not expecting, however when I try to login through the old id with same email id it is directing me to new id and not to the old. Could any one please help me to get my old id as well new id?

Hi,

Send a mail to sdn@sap.com regarding points transfer.

Just for information, It is resolved by Mr David David Branan from SAP Network Team

Hats off to David for so quick response and managed very all communication between us.

Hi Manoj

As Keshav rightly pointed out, you need to mail on the above address with your past details and current S-User ID.
